If I have Pokemon Diamond, can I trade with someone via Wi-Fi who has Pokemon that they imported with the pal park from Sapphire or Ruby if I haven’t defeated the elite four and gotten the national dex?
Because my team would be undefeatable if I had a Ludicolo.
No, you will need the national dex.
